To make this as easy as possible for you, our contracts are is posted at our website for your convenience.  Please be aware that: 

• All dates must be confirmed by Carol Bluestein before a contract will be accepted or an appointment scheduled.  This can either be done by phone or email.  

• No date is considered firm until an agreement is received and confirmed.  All agreements must be accompanied by a $500 retainer in order to reserve the date.  

• Whether clients meet with Carol or contract for services either by phone or over the web, the agreement must be received within two weeks of a verbal agreement to book a date or that date will be considered open for booking unless other arrangements are made.

• In order to best serve our clients with the energy and attention that is our trademark, Carol does not book back-to-back events.  This means that there are a limited number of available dates per year.   Therefore, she advises that you consider your photographic needs early, interview potential photographers, and make your decision as quickly as possible so that you get the photographer and the coverage you want on the day you want.
